Arti is our Director of Operations, based at our King Street salon in Leicester. You may have already seen her popping up on our social media, but we wanted to introduce you properly.
We caught up with her to find out why she loves working for Barrie Stephen Hair, and how you can get the most out of your next appointment.
Q: Why do you love being a stylist?
Wow, there are so many reasons why I love being a hairdresser. I get to share my passion and knowledge with the world, and I get to create amazing looks for our beautiful clients. The biggest thing for me is that I get to make a difference in somebody’s life. It’s amazing seeing my clients walking out of the salon with the biggest smile on their face. That for me is everything.
Q: How can I get the most out of my appointment with you?
At Barrie Stephen Hair, we are all incredibly passionate about our work. We want to make sure our clients get the most out of their appointment, and that they leave feeling special and happy.
The consultation is the most important part of the service. This is where you can share with us exactly what you have in mind for your hair. This process allows us to get to know you and to see your vision for your hair. So please, take your time when describing what you have in mind, and feel free to show us photos as this is a great way to make sure we’re on the same page.
It’s so important that we create beauty by being authentic in our work, and the consultation process enables us to do this.
Q: Why do you love working for Barrie Stephen Hair?
I love working for Barrie and I’ve looked up to him for many years. Since day one, he’s pushed me to become my strongest self. I’m so proud to be Director of Operations, and I work incredibly hard every day. Barrie has given me so much drive and passion within my career and while I may not have worked here for very long, the experience has been unmatched.
