Visited Barrie Stephen in Ashby for the first time today. Excellent experience! Hair styled by Daisy and I am so pleased with the cut. Daisy listened, advised, planned and cut beautifully! I will definitely be visiting again. Thank-you so much!

I had recently been to a well known salon for highlights and was so disappointed with the result. I popped into Barrie Stephen in Anstey and spoke to Sophia who talked me through what she could do and what to expect (my hair isn’t the easiest to colour) I instantly felt reassured. I went along today 01/09/2022 and Sophia did exactly what she said she would do my hair looks amazing the colour is perfect and the condition is great. I now have a salon that has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere an amazing stylist, somewhere I will be confident in using in the future. Thank you Sophia and the team.

Staff are amazing the young man on reception helped me with my mobility on steps, very caring thank you, it meant a lot. Tina listened to me, how I can manage my hair at home with my disability. Very warm and caring person and excellent stylist I love my hair now. Thank you I will be back soon.
Been coming to Barrie Stephen since moving to Leicester in 2020 and I’ve always enjoyed each visit. I’d like give the absolute biggest praise possible to Leah and Sophia who worked a miracle on my hair last month to bring it back to life. I went in for another colour appointment today because of feeling like the tones had faded (nobody’s fault but my own – I didn’t the right shampoos to begin with!). Today, Leah and Tina talked me through what they could do for me. Leah softened the tones, as it had lightened and she did a fringe cut. I also got a complimentary blow dry which was lovely! 10/10, 5* and all that positive jazz to you all!!
