Barrie on the UK's Most Wanted List

Barrie has proven his business acumen once again by making it through to the Grand Finals of the 2009 UK’s Most Wanted awards for the second year running. Presented by leading trade magazine Creative HEAD and sponsored by industry giant Wella Professionals, the UK’s Most Wanted celebrates the very best of creative talent and business know-how in British hairdressing today, and is widely acknowledged as one of the most inspiring and influential events of the year.

Barrie has been chosen as one of only five finalists to win the award of UK’s Most Wanted Business Pro (the title that Barrie won last year) and the selection saw a team of esteemed judges – including top salon owners Errol Douglas and Andrew Barton, beauty editors from Marie Claire and Elle and leading business gurus – scour entries from across the country to find a business director who had the knack for running a first rate salon business. Barrie is immensely happy at being chosen:

The awards night takes place on Monday 7th September in London’s prestigious Banqueting House in the heart of Whitehall where Barrie and his team will rub shoulders with hairdressing royalty at what promises to be a truly unforgettable evening, this year hosted by one of the most hilarious men in comedy, Jimmy Carr.
