Hypnotherapy FAQ's
I know I should stop smoking but I don’t really want to, would hypnosis work for me?
All of you needs to work together to overcome this resistance. You need to bring all your energy together. It’s a question of changing your perspective and reinforce it with your feelings. If you can work towards releasing your emotions you can change your attitude to smoking. Your ability to stop smoking will ultimately depend on your motivation. If you smoking if linked to your identity in some way, if you like to consider yourself as rebel by smoking then it will be harder for you to stop. Harder, not impossible, it may just take more time.
Could hypnosis help me sell more products when I am at work?

Can you hypnotise me to never eat chocolate again? I think I am addicted; I even get up in the middle of the night to eat chocolate!
This sounds like a habit and we could definitely do some aversion therapy to bring this habit into more normal realms of behaviour. You would need focus on a positive end goal whilst working with a hypnotist to retrain your mind.
I want to be able to get up straight away, but I never can, is this something hypnosis could help with?
It is, but you might not even need full hypnosis. You could try feeding yourself deep and positive suggestions. Repeating them to yourself and you will start to overwrite your existing attitude towards getting up. You need to create a positive image, by getting up earlier will you be able to achieve something more that day, will it make you happier?
